Price List for 2023 Season

Full Membership:

• Full (sailboat) members may cast ballots at Annual General & Membership meetings.
• Base Dockage $1,160 for up to 24" sailboats + $40 a foot (after 24")
• Annual membership fee of $200
• Work Day Fee $88.50 (reimbursed for Work Day labour)
• One time $1500 Capital Improvement Fee (payable over 5 years @ $300 a year)
• One time $150 initiation fee
• Use of the clubhouse and facilities
• Plus taxes where applicable

Associate Membership (Legacy Only) :

• Dockage $65 a foot (minimum dockage $1500)
• Annual membership fee of $200 
• One time $150 initiation fee
• Use of the clubhouse and facilities
• Plus taxes where applicable
• Legacy only membership, grandfathered for existing Associate Members only.

Seasonal Slips:

• Dockage $72 a foot (minimum dockage $1680)
• Use of the clubhouse and facilities
• Plus tax

Transient Slips:

• Dockage $50 / night (including taxes)
• Slips may only be booked one day in advance, if available, via this form (Slips Transient)
  
• Use of the clubhouse and facilities

Note:  There will be a $75.00 per season surcharge (for any membership type) for vessels using air conditioning.
